FAQs

What is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that supports your nervous system by working with the subtle rhythms of your body. It can help ease tension, pain, trauma, and stress—without force or pressure.

Is it like massage?

Not quite. CST uses a much lighter touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel. You remain fully clothed and are always invited to share your comfort levels and preferences throughout the session.

Does CST help with trauma?

CST supports regulation of the nervous system, which is often deeply impacted by trauma. It creates a space where your body can begin to unwind and reorient at its own pace. This work is never invasive or directive; it honors your boundaries and consent every step of the way.

What does a session look like?

You’ll lie on a massage table (fully clothed), and the practitioner will use light touch at various points on your head, spine, and sacrum. You might feel subtle shifts, waves of relaxation, or simply a sense of stillness.

Who is this for?

CST is for anyone seeking gentler healing—whether you're living with chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, PTSD, migraines, jaw tension, or simply needing space to slow down and reconnect.
